Nurturing Well-being: Mindfulness and Connection in Semester 2, 2025/26
To support students in navigating their academic and personal challenges, our RPg Wellness Initiative, “In the Moment 在當下”, encourages students to pause, embrace the present, and take time to refresh themselves, promoting holistic well-being.
In Semester 2, 2025/26, we arranged three engaging wellness activities focusing on mindfulness and connection. The calming yoga session in March provided peaceful moments for students to relax their minds and bodies through yoga and mindful breathing. April brought a heartwarming experience as students bonded with three adorable therapy dogs, discovering the healing power of the human-animal connection. In May, students took part in a singing bowl workshop, using sound to release stress, restore balance, and boost emotional wellbeing. These activities offered a perfect blend of fun, relaxation, and mindfulness, helping students to recharge and connect with friends across disciplines.
