The HKU TALIC AI Clinic will be launched in August and September 2025. The AI Clinic has been designed to assist and guide HKU teachers and students in effectively utilising various GenAI software tools for teaching, learning, and assessment. These drop-in clinics are open to both faculty and students during the posted clinic hours, and no prior registration is required.

The HKU COA JMK Dementia Scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025 are now open for nomination. HKU RPg students who demonstrate their academic merit and the significance of their research studies to enhancing the care to dementia patients, their families, and caregivers are welcome to apply. Applicants should submit a completed nomination form with recommendation by their supervisor and endorsement by their department head (or Faculty Dean, if applicable), together with their dissertation research proposal, to the Sau Po Centre on Ageing (COA) by 30 September 2025.

The HKU Notebook Ownership Programme 2025, organised by the Co-curricular Support Office, offers a wide range of notebook computers and tablets at discounted prices to all HKU students, staff, and graduates. The second roadshow will be held on September 3 to 6, 2025, at Loke Yew Hall.

Applications are open for the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowships and Scholarships. The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund was established in 1987 to commemorate the former late Governor Sir Edward Youde. The purpose of the Fund is to support and encourage education and research among the people of Hong Kong. Three awards of HK$50,000 each are available across Hong Kong for the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowships for Postgraduate Research Students. For further details, please visit this website.
