Nurturing Well-being: Fun and Insights in Semester 2 Wellness Activities

We grow stronger through shared support.  The Research Postgraduate (RPg) Wellness Initiative encourages peer-to-peer support and cultivates a resilient RPg community where students can connect, share experiences and provide each other with the support needed to navigate academic and personal challenges.  

The three wellness activities in Semester 2, 2024/25 brought together students from different disciplines, fostering new friendships and providing plenty of fun and lasting memories.  The expressive arts workshop in March offered students a taste of arts therapy.  Through interactive games, visual arts, movements and music, students enjoyed the transformative journey of self-expression and exploration.  Students went on a unique immersive tour at Dialogue in the Dark in April, gaining insights into embracing uncertainties and approaching challenges from new perspectives.  In May, a group of students gathered for a relaxing morning focused on mindfulness practices and cognitive exercises.
