The Hult Prize is a global competition that challenges young people to solve the world’s most pressing issues by creating innovative social ventures. Participants will join an exclusive global community of student entrepreneurs, mentors, and industry experts to earn a spot in the Global Finals, where finalists compete for US$1M in funding to bring their big ideas to life.

The 11th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
The 11th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is now open for application. The competition aims to bring together Hong Kong’s students and innovative thinkers to address key societal and environmental challenges. The total prize exceeds HK$500,000. Top winners will have the opportunity to represent the HKSAR and attend the National competitions, including the “Challenge Cup” and “China International College Students’ Innovation Competition”.

The TERA-Award Smart Energy Innovation Competition hosted by the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) is now open for application. The competition aims to identify and support innovative technologies and solutions in the field of smart energy, promoting the development of zero-carbon technologies and contributing to global sustainable development goals. Startups or research groups ready for scaling with industry partners, investors and markets are welcome to join the competition. Final winners will receive a prize of up to US$1M.

The HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurship Competition is now calling for applications. Upholding the principle of being “entrepreneur-centric”, HICOOL seeks out outstanding entrepreneurial projects worldwide and connects them with the resources necessary for starting businesses in Beijing, including funding, policy support, and office space.
